I am an out-of-network provider. This means I collect full session fees from you and then provide documentation (called a Superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The Superbill contains all of the information necessary for your insurance carrier to process your claim. I encourage you to contact your insurance company prior to your first appointment with me to determine your outpatient mental health benefits. I am happy to provide a list of FAQs to ask of your insurance company to support you in the process. I do not participate in Medicare, Medicaid or Tricare. My rate for each 50 minute session is $210.
